All software architecture remains the property of Script Stock.
While we strive for 100% uptime for your low-stock alerts, Script Stock is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from inventory discrepancies or hardware failures.

Script Stock provides cloud-based inventory management tools focused on item tracking, automated low-stock alerts, and comprehensive reporting for small-scale retail operations. Features are subject to change as we innovate and improve our stack.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego, CA.
